General Requirements for Incorporation of a BVI Company

Step Description
 1.   Client shall provide us with at least two to three proposed company
ˇ@   names, which are usually in English only, an extra of HK$1,000
ˇ@   registration fee is needed for adding a Chinese name. Meanwhile,
ˇ@   client shall complete the application form of BVI Company
ˇ@   Registration with Identity Card or Passport copies of proposed
ˇ@   shareholders, directors and company secretaries.

 2.   We will contact the client in order to confirm all required information
ˇ@   has been provided and check if the proposed company name can be
ˇ@   used.
ˇ@ ˇ@
 3.   Client shall pay the service fee of HK$ 7,500 by cash, cheque or
ˇ@   bank transfer to our bank account (HSBC #817-037716-001) or (BOC
ˇ@   #012-67700023025). Cheques should be crossed and made payable
ˇ@   to ˇ§Raleigh Consultant Limitedˇ¨.
ˇ@ ˇ@
 4.   Then, we will submit the required documents and appropriate fees to
ˇ@   BVI Government Departments for application.
ˇ@ ˇ@
 5.   BVI Government will issue the Certificate of Incorporation within 8-
ˇ@   10 working days.
ˇ@ ˇ@
 6.   We can arrange to deliver the incorporation documents to clients for
ˇ@   signature by courier. They must then be returned to us for filing.
ˇ@   Moreover, clients shall also come to our offices to sign the
ˇ@   incorporation documents.
ˇ@ ˇ@
 7.   After receiving the signed documents and the confirmation from the
ˇ@   BVI Government, the whole incorporation process is completed. All
ˇ@   the documents evidencing the legal existence of the Company is
ˇ@   contained in the Company Kit. We can deliver the documents to you
ˇ@   by courier while clients shall also come to our offices to collect the
ˇ@   incorporation documents.

Step Description
 1.   Client shall contact us to get the latest company list and choose a
ˇ@   designated one. Clients are advised to provide at least two
ˇ@   proposed names in priority of preference. Meanwhile, client shall
ˇ@   complete the application form of BVI Company Registration with
ˇ@   Identity Card or Passport copies of proposed shareholders, directors
ˇ@   and company secretaries.

 2.   We will contact the client in order to confirm all required information
ˇ@   has been provided and check if the proposed company name can be

 5.   After the documents are duly signed, we will then submit them to
ˇ@   the BVI Government with payment of appropriate fees. It takes two
ˇ@   days for the confirmation of the BVI Government.
ˇ@ ˇ@
 6.   After the confirmation from the BVI Government, the whole
ˇ@   incorporation process is completed. All the documents evidencing
ˇ@   the legal existence of the Company is contained in the Company Kit.
ˇ@   We can deliver the documents to you by courier while clients shall
ˇ@   also come to our offices to collect the incorporation documents.
